For Serving:
Onion (प्याज)
Green Chutney (हरी चटनी)
Green Chili (हरी मिर्च)

For Pakwan:
All Purpose Flour (मैदा) – 1 Cup
Salt (नमक) – As Per Taste
Carom Seeds (अजवाईन) – 1/2 Tsp
Oil (तेल) – 2 Tbsp

Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती) – 1 Cup

Raw Mango (कच्चा आम) – 1/2 Piece

Eggplant (बैंगन) – 2-3 Nos
Cauliflower (फूल गोभी) – 100 Gram

Gram Flour (बेसन) – 2.5 Serving Spoon
