  1. Bought the F8 Green Wide Body Special Edition, Shaker, Challenger & having owned Pontiac T/A’s Formula 350, Nissan Z, BMW M6 & M8 competition, this Challenger is hands down my favorite, I’m not into racing, I just like the package @ the relic age of 65, with the car being so called overweight, the ride is second to none! My only drawback is knowing where the cheapest gas stations are located, it like gas.

  2. I just watched your review and you are a bit contradictory. All you "Test Pilots" think your getting behind the wheel of a 911. Its not. Its a remake of a 1970 car and they stayed true to the heritage but dramatically improved upon it. I had a '70 with a 340 / 4 spd. Yes it s fun to roll trough the gears and do burn outs in a car that had 280hp and 320 ft lbs. It had shit handling, was unreliable, hated cold weather but it was fun. Fast forward 52 years and my '22 WB/RT/SP Orange Edition is in another dimension of what it was. This car stayed true to its roots and gave you what we wanted from the 1970 version. Mine is an automatic and I love it. I ordered it that way because these cars need your full attention when you walk on it and especially in the corners. However, In the end, you couldn't get that smile off your face. I would say Dodge did what they were out to accomplish with this car. It is a work of art and is appreciated by millions of fans.

  3. Great video!… But as far as price wise the GT and the SS are not even almost comparable to a scat pack. Those are base model v8s. The scat pack is absolutely not at the base model V8.

  4. Damn man… it’s an automatic. I’m having a hard time finding cats that drive standard tranny muscle cars. Must be a gen x/ boomer thing. Shifting gears is all the sport mode I need.

  5. As a scat pack owner I have to say I absolutely love the retro exterior styling, and performance. My only negative is the interior is a bit plain

  6. Got a 21 wide body scat chally blacked out red interior… I know they say muscle cars only attract dudes…. But LET ME TELL YOU, this car is the best wing man you’ll ever have 🤣🤫

  7. I wish I could stop watching this video over and over. 2 weeks now I occasionally view this video, or show others. It's really eating at me that I don't have this car yet.
I only have 10K saved up. But my goal is to get 10,000 more together so I can pay a down payment of 20 grand. I want them payments to be really low.

Grrrrrrr why couldn't I be rich, or have a rich friend or rich family member haha.

  8. An old video I know, but still valid. I bought a 2021 392 scat pack widebody with the 6 speed manual transmission and I love being able to control that sound. It's also a lot of fun to drive!

  9. I plan on running down to my Dodge dealer and putting down money on an order for 2022 RT challenger widebody. Back in the 1970s had a poster this car on my bedroom wall, it’s been a dream car for me. My only complaint is that it doesn’t offer all leather seats, it’s Alcântara and Leather. I’ve driven all the challenges and I think this is the best balance and the biggest bang for the buck. 65,000 fully loaded is a very good price for that performance and handling. Compared to a Corvette which I have specked out but $90,000. The challenger is a no brained. I ordered my car and I got it April 15, 2022. I love it does everything well have a glorious sound from the exhaust. I decided to upgrade my stereo system to the Harmon Cardin 18 speaker system with a subwoofer and has a great sound I’m very happy with my purchase.

  10. Excellent review and you hit the main points. You a preaching to the choir when taking about the platform. It applies to both the Challenger and Charger. Both are aging well but after 11 plus years of the same thing it's getting old. Im on my second Charger in that time. Currently driving a 2015 Loaded Scat Pack 392. I bought it because I liked the facelift it got. However, Im so ready for a new design inside and out it's killing me. The widebody's are very cool but other then that it's the same old same old especial inside the cabin. I get it. It works for Dodge but come on it's been over a decade man.

  11. It's a good review but the look %110 does not go in the ugly category. This is the only car to keep the old classic muscle in a modern car. And it's beautiful.

  12. You have to be a Mopar Diehard to truly appreciate the appearance of the car. It's a "Dodge Challenger" & you don't want to mess with the appearance to much. As they say. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
