A year ago, this video would have been totally different. It’s like the housing commissions have been swapping personalities in Detroit. I cannot believe who came in at third. And my good ‘ole Detroit Housing Commission who is a pain but pays the best rents came in LAST.

I am walking 5,000-10,000 steps per day. I have a personal trainer once a week. I go to a bodybuilder gym 3-4 more days a week and I lift as heavy as I can. I’m eating 120 grams of protein a day.
