Ah 2099, such a great damn cool idea, such great artistic possibilities… and they shit the bed on all of it. the premise outweighed the execution in here
and Marvel is still putting out stuff set in the 2099 universe which makes me wonder, how many days is a year in 2099?? Shouldn't it be like 2104 at least by now?

my friend gave me an issue of ravage 2099 as a birthday gift. It was like issue 3 or something. I still have it in a box somewhere.
I loved Ravage as a kid, but it's… not great now.
I'm one of the few people that likes Marvel 2099. Spider-Man and especially Doom were both unquestionably good. Ghost Rider was a really cool idea that was just executed poorly. Punisher is a guilty pleasure (I'm a big fan of Pat Mills). I remember that I did read a couple of the early issues of Hulk, but I don't really remember them. There's no excusing Ravage or X-Men. Ten years later, Marvel released Marvel Knights 2099 which was not connected to the standard 2099 universe and had some interesting stories in it (I don't know if I'd say it was good though).
Hulk has a villain named Ravage who came out in the late 90’s to early 2000’s
Not too mention Zemo from the episode the House of Zemo.
Ethan looks like he's in so much pain the whole episode because of all the b*llsh#t and stupidity in the stories 😂

Fun fact! Hulk 2099 did spin off of another book. His story started in 2099 Unlimited, and then spun off into his own title. Granted, it doesn't really help you understand him. And you should really look at Ghost Rider 2099 in the future. Once the artist changes about halfway through, it devolves into the very worst of all of 2099. Yes, even worse than X-Nation. 🙂
