Testosterone Therapy (TRT) – The Good, The Bad & The Ugly | With Dr. Osborn

What is legitimate Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and when is just a guise for steroid use? There can be a very fine line between testosterone replacement (TRT) and medically supervised steroid use for the purpose of enhancement. I sat down with my good friend Dr. Brett Osborn in West Palm, FL, who is a neurosurgeon and an expert in endocrinology, to get his opinion.

  1. Before thinking of TRT try all natural possibilities first. TRT is a last resort. Try the James Francis protocol it works well not only for increasing testosterone levels but also long term maintenance. Using this I am at 884 ng/DL. Complete Guide To Testosterone By James Francis.

  2. I went from 334 to 960 in around three months all natural no TRT. This book should be essential reading for all men. Written by a 50s guy with natural T levels higher than most 20s guys

  3. Im 27, ive heen tired for aslong as i can remember. When i was 18 my test was 330, im getting my levels checked on friday. I honestly hope i have low T becuwse i am sick of being exhausted all the time

  4. The good is: It gives men a excellent quality of life. Nice, lean, bodies.
The bad: Most men in their 20s and 30s don't need testosterone. Because they already have optimal levels. Too much can hurt you. Heart attack, violent outbursts, etc.
The ugly: Doctors have told women lies. Ignoring T3 scores and keeping them very lethargic and very ill. The biggest lies that women believe is that they don't have testosterone. These are your wives, sisters, daughters! Quit sacraficing their lives!
