Is it Sad Hill Unearth or Sad Hill Unearthed?
I got the KL one coming (B08TQFXFVH). I’ve seen reviews on both versions. Is the Arrow one the better choice in your opinion? Better PQ, better/more extras/bonus content? If the Arrow is the better choice, where could I order that? Direct from their website?
Got mine on EBay $124 shipped FOMO, I’m an avid collector so is it worth the price.?
I got mine today and watched the international cut and Sad Hill. This blows away the Kino imo.
I’m so happy that I got the Arrow versions of all three. I was sad at first when I heard about and saw at a friend’s house) the Kino Lorber edition. It appeared too hot. This edition corrects that aspect plus that SAD HILL UNEARTHED doco is fantastic. I chose to watch it in mono as well and it was terrific. Brought back a lot of memories of seeing this with my father when I was really, really young. Didn’t get to the extras disc yet. Us who have a Panasonic db-820 have the same issues as you did,but I found it a lot easier to just put the disc in my region free bluray player. I knew that I’d have to spend a whole day to watch all of the extras so I decided to put it aside and will attack that disc next week. Great review! I’m pretty certain that Arrow will release a standard edition minus the SAD HILL disc and maybe the Extended cut with the additions provided here. I’m so glad I didn’t miss out on this!
